AiA is a locally built association to promote youth athletics within our community by fostering positive sportsmanship, life long learners and valued experiences from all angles of the game. We hope to build work ethic and a desire in our participants and coaches to leave lasting impressions for the love of the game as well as productive citizenship qualities. Are You All In?

Amy Willie

Director

I am a 2001 graduate of Loranger High School where the basketball team won a state championship in 2000. I went on to play at University of Monroe on a Division I basketball scholarship. I graduated from Southeastern with a Bachelor's of Science in Education. I have taught in the classroom for twelve years while coaching multiple high school sports. I am currently working on my Educational Leadership Master's degree from University of Southern Mississippi. I have been married for fifteen years and have two children. Promoting youth success is a passion and making a difference in all the lives I interact with on a daily basis is a personal goal!

Cristi Hinson

Director

Cristi attended Belle Chasse High School where she played volleyball and softball. She loves the game of baseball and her family plans are to attend all the MLB complexes throughout the United States. Her passion is helping families and young athletes fulfill their dreams of playing softball in our region by promoting successful fundraising and growing community partnerships. She is married with two girls and is currently a human resources and payroll director in Covington, LA.

Chris Boudreaux

Director Of Officials

A graduate of Buras High School in 1999, he then went on to graduate from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2005 in Kinesiology. Married to Blair and a father to Cayden, Reese, Vaida and Rhett. As an official, he started with the LHSAA in 2007, having worked multiple State Championships in both Baseball and Basketball as well as serving as mechanics instructor and camp director for the Hammond association. An NCAA basketball official since 2009, he has been selected to work postseason conference tournaments as well as multiple finals. Currently serves as Director of Officials for Plaquemines Parish Recreation, Assignment Secretary for the Tangipahoa School System, Coordinator for Chappapeela Sports Park Recreation program and the Commissioner for the Northshore Basketball Clubs Adult leagues.
